Cookie & Tracking Notice
Effective Date: September 24, 2026Last Updated: September 24, 2026
1. What This Notice Covers
This Notice explains how guestsmiths.com uses cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small file a website places on or reads from a device. Similar technologies may include local storage, pixels, tags, and software-development tools that help a site operate or understand use.

2. Why We Use These Technologies
Depending on the Site’s current configuration and your choices, technologies may be used to operate and secure the Site, remember preferences, support forms or scheduling, troubleshoot, and understand Site performance. Guestsmiths will not list a particular analytics or advertising vendor here unless its use is verified through the live Site inventory.

4. Third-Party Technologies
Some Site features may be provided by third parties, such as Wix, a scheduling provider, map or video provider, analytics provider, chat provider, or another integration. A third party may set or read technologies when its feature loads. Guestsmiths must inventory each integration and configure consent behavior where available. Third-party privacy practices are controlled by the provider.

5. Your Choices
Use Cookie Settings in the Site footer to accept, reject, or change available nonessential choices. You may also use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Browser controls may affect functionality and may not control every similar technology. Rejecting nonessential technologies does not disable technologies required to provide the Site or remember your choice.

6. Consent Records
When the Site’s consent tool is enabled, Guestsmiths may retain a consent record, such as the time, region, categories selected, and an identifier, to operate preferences and document choices. The exact record is determined by the consent tool’s configuration.

7. Browser Signals
Browsers may send “Do Not Track” or other preference signals. No single standard governs all signals and contexts. Where a legally recognized opt-out preference signal applies to Guestsmiths and the relevant processing, Guestsmiths will address it as required after technical validation. Cookie Settings remains the primary visible Site control.

8. Updates
We may update this Notice when Site technologies or legal requirements change. The current live scan and preference center should be reviewed whenever a new app, embed, pixel, analytics tool, scheduling tool, or custom code is added.

9. Contact
Questions about cookies or tracking may be sent to support@guestsmiths.com with the subject “Cookie Question,” submitted through the Contact page at guestsmiths.com, or mailed to Guestsmiths LLC, 4601 East Douglas Avenue, Suite 150, Wichita, Kansas 67218, United States.
