Guestsmiths' managed operational support services are provided only under a separate signed written agreement between Guestsmiths and the client.

They do not govern or modify any paid client service agreement, statement of work, or engagement letter between Guestsmiths and a client. If you are a current or prospective client, your rights and obligations with respect to Guestsmiths' services are governed exclusively by the applicable signed written agreement.

2. Separate Agreement Required for Paid Services

No information on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services. Guestsmiths does not begin providing managed operational support services to any client until a separate signed written service agreement is executed by both parties. Descriptions of services on this Site are for informational purposes only. Actual service scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and terms are established exclusively in signed written agreements.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Guestsmiths does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or benefits from the use of this Site or from engagement with our services. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Guestsmiths makes no guarantee regarding:

Improvements in guest satisfaction scores, online review ratings, or reputation metrics.
Increases in revenue, bookings, occupancy, event attendance, or ticket sales.
Rankings on any OTA, review platform, or search engine.
Operational efficiency gains or cost reductions.
Specific outcomes from any discovery call, proposal, or engagement.

Any results, case studies, or examples referenced on the Site reflect prior circumstances and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other client.
