Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information Guestsmiths holds about you. A right may depend on legal thresholds, the nature of the information, our role, verification, and available exceptions. This page explains how to make a request; it does not promise that every right applies in every situation.

Available Requests

• Access or know. Ask for information about personal information we hold and how we use or disclose it.

• Correct. Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.

• Delete. Ask us to delete eligible personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions.

• Portability. Ask for eligible information in a portable format when required by law.

• Opt out. Where applicable, ask to opt out of regulated sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Guestsmiths has not verified that current Site practices trigger these opt-out rights; see the Privacy Policy.

• Appeal. If applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision and stating “Privacy Appeal.”

How to Submit a Request

 

Email support@guestsmiths.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” use the Contact page at guestsmiths.com and write “Privacy Request” at the start of your message, or mail Guestsmiths LLC, 4601 East Douglas Avenue, Suite 150, Wichita, Kansas 67218, United States.

Describe the request and the relationship or interaction that will help us locate responsive records. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card information, government identification images, or unnecessary hotel guest information. If identity verification is required, we will request only information reasonably necessary for that purpose and provide an appropriate method.

Authorized Agents

 

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request, we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority and may verify the consumer directly unless the law provides otherwise.

Hotel-Controlled Information

 

If your request concerns information held for a hotel client, contact the hotel first. Guestsmiths may process that information on the hotel’s instructions and may refer your request to the hotel or assist the hotel as required.

Cookie Choices

 

Use the persistent Cookie Settings link in the Site footer to review or change available nonessential cookie choices. Essential technologies required for the Site to function cannot be disabled through the preference center. Browser controls may also block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect Site functionality.

Marketing Choices

 

If you receive optional marketing email from Guestsmiths, use the unsubscribe link in the message or contact us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent operational, transactional, or legally required communications.

Universal Opt-Out Signals

 

Some browsers or extensions send opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Legal obligations vary by jurisdiction and processing practice. Guestsmiths will not claim automated recognition until it has verified both applicability and technical operation. If such a signal is legally required and properly received for covered processing, Guestsmiths will address it as required.

Our Response

 

We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request when permitted, including when we cannot reasonably verify the requester, an exception applies, or Guestsmiths does not control the information. We will explain the decision and any available appeal method when required.
