What is your onboarding process?
Guestsmiths uses a structured onboarding process before service begins. We collect key information about your business, systems, communication channels, brand voice, escalation contacts, service rules, approved templates, and reporting preferences. Then we build your account profile, confirm access, prepare the right workflows, and complete a readiness review before launch.

When needed, we may begin with a controlled soft launch to test workflows and escalation paths before moving into full service delivery. The goal is simple: clear expectations, approved boundaries, and a smoother start.
-
How long does it take to start with you once we decide to go with you?
Start timing depends on the package, systems, access requirements, and how quickly onboarding information is completed. Once the agreement, payment setup, intake forms, system access, escalation contacts, and approved service rules are in place, we can prepare the account for launch.

Simple accounts may start sooner, while more complex accounts may need additional setup time. We prioritize a clean launch over a rushed one, so service begins only after the required workflows, access, and boundaries are confirmed.
-
If I start with you, but then decide not to use you, can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is handled according to the terms in your service agreement, including any applicable notice period, billing terms, and completed setup or onboarding work. If you decide not to continue, we ask that you notify us in writing so we can confirm next steps, close open items, remove access where needed, and complete an orderly transition.
