Guestsmiths provides managed operational support and guest communication services. We do not provide staffing, employment decisions, legal advice, or financial management. All services are performed under a written Statement of Work and scope of work.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for excellence, Guestsmiths does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our performance is measured by adherence to documented workflows and client satisfaction.

4. Client Responsibility

Client remains responsible for all legal compliance, guest decisions, pricing, and safety. Guestsmiths acts as an operational partner, not a replacement for onsite management or legal counsel.

5. Intellectual Property

Guestsmiths owns all intellectual property related to our proprietary systems and workflows. Client materials are subject to a written agreement regarding usage rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

Guestsmiths is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. General Provisions

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. Any modifications will be communicated to clients in writing. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
